Terms of Service
Updated:
These terms apply to the use of webpilot.top and the WEBPilot dashboard ("the service"). By creating an account you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
WEBPilot is a platform for monitoring websites and recording the actions taken on them. The service is in early access: some features are available, others are in development and are labeled as such on the features page. Features may change, be added or be removed while the product evolves.
2. Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Each login belongs to one person. A company account can have several users; the account owner is responsible for the people given access.
- Tell us as soon as possible if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use WEBPilot for anything illegal or to infringe the rights of others;
- register or monitor websites you don't own or aren't authorized to manage;
- try to access other companies' data, bypass security measures or test vulnerabilities without our written permission;
- overload the service, scrape it automatically or resell it without an agreement with us;
- use the contact form or e-mail features to send spam.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules, after notice when reasonable.
4. Your content
The information you add (websites, timeline entries, notes and costs) belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you and your team. You can export or delete it by contacting us, and we will delete it when the account is closed, as described in the Privacy Policy.
When data collection launches, you will be responsible for informing the visitors of your websites and, where the law requires it, obtaining their consent.
5. Plans and prices
During early access every account uses the Free plan and nothing is charged. Prices shown on the pricing page are provisional and in US dollars. Before any paid plan is activated you will be informed of the final price and conditions, and no charge will be made without your explicit acceptance.
6. Availability
We work to keep WEBPilot available and your data safe, but during early access we don't guarantee a specific uptime. Maintenance may cause short interruptions. Keep your own copies of information that is critical for you.
7. Intellectual property
The WEBPilot name, logo, software, texts and design belong to WEBPilot. These terms don't give you any right to use them beyond the normal use of the service.
8. Ending the service
You can stop using WEBPilot at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. We may end or suspend an account that violates these terms, or discontinue the service with reasonable advance notice to account holders.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". WEBPilot helps you understand your websites, but decisions about content, budget and campaigns remain yours. To the extent permitted by law, WEBPilot is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data resulting from the use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumers have under mandatory law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Important changes will be communicated by e-mail before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new version.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page.
