How will I get the reply?
We always reply by e-mail, to the address you enter in the form, so double-check it before sending. If the reply doesn't show up in your inbox, look in the spam or promotions folder and add the webpilot.top domain to your contacts so future messages arrive normally.
What should I include so you can help me faster?
Tell us which website it's about (the domain), the e-mail you signed up with if the question is about your account, and what you were trying to do when the problem appeared. If you saw an error message, copy the exact text. The more context you give, the fewer e-mails it takes to sort it out.
Can WEBPilot already collect my website traffic?
Not yet. Today you can create an account, register your websites and log the strategies applied to each one. Visitor collection is in development and will be released in stages. If you'd like to know how it will work for your site, choose "General question" and tell us which platform your website runs on.
I have a question about plans and pricing. Where can I find the details?
The pricing page lists the plans, the limits of each one and the most common billing questions. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). If your question isn't answered there, choose "Plans and pricing" as the subject in the form.
How do I request access to, correction or deletion of my personal data?
Choose "Privacy and personal data" as the subject and send the message from the same e-mail address registered on your account. That lets us confirm the request comes from the account holder. What we store and for how long is described in the Privacy Policy.
Do you accept partnership or sponsored content proposals?
Partnership proposals are welcome: choose "Partnerships" and explain what you have in mind. WEBPilot articles don't publish sponsored content, though, so we don't accept payment to add links or mention products in them.
